Product:
• Lead & Facilitiate the development of Payment products and Solution from Conceptualisation, Specification and Implementation;
• Develop and enhance product feature and user interface and business model;
• Monitor & Provide market feedback to management regarding competitive offerings, prospects needs and generate product development ideas;
• Manage internal & external parties involved in product development, promotions and training to ensure timey & smooth launches;
• Support New Product programes and initiatives;
• Establish and manage strong presence in the market and develop strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners;
• Business Contracts & Negotiations. Have strong attention to the Profit & Loss balance. And become the Revenue Driver for the company.
Business Developments:
• You have to ensure that the set target of 6 volumunous transacting and quality merchants per month is lived. Set the strategy to increase the volumes in terms of revenue and counts upword movement on Month-on-Month basis;
• Manage to plan and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets;
• Manage and support new programs and management initiatives with the headquarters;
• Lead the development of business and implementation of business strategic inititavtives to expand the business and revenue;
• Identify the
business partnerships and opportunities in local & regional markets in order to maximise the profits;
• Conduct Sales leads, pitch products and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationships with new contracts;
• Manage key business deals and tenders and effectively work with related parties;
• Business Contract & Commercial Negotiations with the primary goal to grab the opportunity & balancing the revenue also;
• Identify the required / planned sales strategies to strengthen the comapny goals & achieve business targets domestically as well as through country referrals or partnership / other referral programs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, MBAs, B-School Graduates or related discipline;
• Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in telemarketing or direct sales in Information Technology, e-Business or e-Marketing environment, e-Commerce, Payment Gateway services or Payment Industry and FinTechs;
• Passionate, Aggressive & Determined is the most important criteria to join the organisation;
• Strong management skill and be able to drive revenue and growth of the organization;
• Strong business acumen, innovative and with a passion to success;
• Candidates having experience with payment gateway services / payment aggregators/industry will be an added advantage;
